Dunavka

Dunavka, an oil factory located in Veliko Gradište, has been operating within Delta Agrar since 2018. The main activity of the factory is the processing of sunflower and soybeans, and the final products are crude oils and sunflower and soybean meal.

The factory circle has a total area of 24,111 m2, and within the factory's production sector, there is a pre-refining of crude oils section, i.e. degumming of oils. The production section of the oilseeds processing is the production of semi-final products which serve as the basic raw material for obtaining refined oils and the protein component of animal feed in the further production process. Dunavka has a storage capacity of 60,000 tons for raw materials and finished products.

The initial idea for this type of factory was born in the first half of the last century, and after 20 years of doing business as a sunflower processing workshop, Dunavka opened it's doors as a factory in 1958.

In 2018, after eight years spent in bankruptcy, Dunavka is bought by Delta Agrar. Delta Agrar restarts factory operations for the first time in eight years. 

A total of close to 10,000,000 euros was invested in the factory renovation - renovation of all four plants, increasing storage capacities, replacing all silos machinery, installation of a new storage dryer, and modern systems for rough and fine oilseeds purification.

The Dunavka oil factory is continuously working on expanding the network of suppliers for mercantile sunflower and soybeans, necessary raw materials for production process, with both legal entities and registered agricultural farms.
